Our balsamic vinegar is made in Modena (Italy), the very home of what is affectionately called black gold. 

We collaborate with authentic producers who have been making exceptional balsamic vinegar using strictly traditional methods. The balsamic vinegar is then brought to African soil, where we bottle it right here on the estate. 

Use it to add flavour to salads and sauces or add a dash to freshly sliced strawberries.
