Our extra virgin olive oils are pressed from specifically imported olive cultivars from Italy and planted on our rocky soils in 1994. Our founder, Giulio Bertrand, is considered the ‘Father of Olive Oil’ in South Africa as he paved the way for the local olive oil industry as we know it today.
