What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Western Cape: flat rate of R80.
Nationwide: flat rate of R120.
Free delivery on all orders above R1500.
How long will delivery take?
Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Although we do everything we can to deliver on time, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Please note that these delivery times are estimations.
Monday to Friday, between 08h00 and 17h00
What exactly happens after ordering?
Your order will be sent to the warehouse or Tasting Room, for packing and distribution.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Our Finance Department will be able to send you an official invoice after the order was processed.
